How do your voucher competitions work?

Just visit the competition page, choose your ticket option – one cheap ticket or a great value bundle – add it to your basket and checkout. After you’ve finished the checkout process, you’ll be able to see your tickets in your account area, and on the competition page under ‘Competition history’.

How do I know that your voucher competitions are genuine?

You can see your own entries and every other entry in the Competition History tab on the individual prize draw page.

When the draw closes, we enter all the numbers into Rafflys software – this is very respectable and trusted third-party software for picking winners that is used by brand names such as Levis, Tupperware, Hubspot and Marriott hotels. We do this live in our Facebook stream and we make sure that the numbers entered are visible each time. You can watch this as it happens, or watch it back later on. Rafflys software picks the winning number and we match this to the ticket (which you can verify on the Competition History page). We enter the winning number into our website so it shows on the competition page, and the site automatically emails the winner to notify them.

We are independent solicitor-approved GA 2005 compliant and we have an SRA-regulated practising solicitor on our team (Jen) to ensure that all of our draw advertising is correct and entries processes are fair and transparent.

Is there a free postal entry route for your voucher competitions?

Yes, there always is. Click ‘postal entry route’ at the top of the website. You’ll need to know the ID of the competition which can be found on the competition page.

Are entries to your voucher competitions capped?

Yes, unlike many other competition websites, we cap entries at a fixed number, to give you a better chance of winning. You can always see the total number of tickets available on the individual competition entry page.
