He not only leads our team but as a spearfishing world-record holder and owner of successful sports equipment business, he’s also charged with ensuring you guys get exactly what you want.

Jen Wiss-Carline

Jen makes all things happen on our website, both on the front end and behind the scenes. She’s also an SRA-regulated practising Solicitor and she works to ensure that everything we do stays within the very strict requirements for running online prize competitions in the UK. Outside of work, Jen loves family time and most things outdoors.
Pepper
Head of Security
Pepper, our adorable Yorkshire Terrier, plays a crucial role as our Studio Mascot. Her responsibilities include announcing all visitors to the studio (usually very loudly), overseeing morale with her tail wags and snuggles, conducting daily “patrols” to ensure the office is free of crumbs, and offering emotional support during those tense moments of the prize draw. She’s also in charge of testing our team’s agility by requesting frequent play breaks and making sure no one forgets to take a moment to relax and enjoy the little things in life – like a good belly rub!
