✅ Were all entrants displayed on the competition page?
✅ Could you see all the ticket numbers in the live draw video?
✅ Was the draw conducted using an independent tool like Rafflys?
✅ Was the draw streamed live and later available on our social media?
If the answer is “yes,” then you can be confident that every entrant had a fair shot! If there’s something we could do better, please do let us know.
2. Share your experience
Your review can help future entrants decide whether to take part. Useful things to mention include:
- How easy it was to enter the competition
- Whether the process felt fair and transparent
- If you had any interactions with our team and how we handled questions
- If you won, what was the experience like? Was the prize delivered as promised?
3. Reach out if there’s a problem
We welcome all feedback – positive or constructive, as long as it’s fair and respectful. However, if you did have an issue, we’d love the chance to fix it! Feel free to reach out to us first, and we’ll do our best to help.
4. Check our social media channels for draws + winners
All our draws are live and recorded so you can see exactly how the winner was chosen. If you missed a draw, you can always find it on our Facebook and YouTube channels (see links in the footer). You can also see our winners on the winners page.
